Other factors that can cause dermatitis or rashes can be dry skin, chronic irritation, eczema, physical stress, neurological conditions, varicose veins, obesity, deep vein thrombosis, chronic infections, and/ or immune or autoimmune disorders.
Treatment of Dermatitis or Rashes by modern medicine:
Treatment methods depending upon the type of dermatitis or rash could be a combination of hydrocortisone creams, stronger steroidal creams, cool wet compresses of affected area, antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, warm mineral or olive oils, shampoos with tar, salicylic acid, or ketoconazole, immunosuppressant topical medications, light therapy, and/ or oral antibiotics according to the Mayo Clinic.
