November 2012 I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and I’ve had migraines for 15 years. My initial reaction to the diagnosis was despair because I’m a Zumba Instructor. I thought this would stop me from continuing. I had severe pain in my left foot and heel, which affected my work, home, and social life. I could barely walk, I could not do my chores or exercise. I was a Zumba Instructor; I had got a lot of new jobs and then my foot started to hurt with Plantar Fasciitis. I wanted to keep walking, so I gave natural medicine a try. Before coming to Agape Acupuncture I tried reflexology treatments from September 2011 – November 2011. The treatments were relaxing and it felt good but it did not last and it did not heal anything.
A friend told me her husband had found success with acupuncture in treating Plantar Fasciitis and January 2012, I started coming to Agape Acupuncture, Inc. I hoped to get better. I was in so much pain that I was willing to try anything that someone else had success with. The clinic is very clean and organized and the staff is knowledgeable. Acupuncture is relaxing and the needles do not hurt, and if you pay attention to your body you can feel an energy changing in your body.
