By the second week of acupuncture, I was feeling better. By the second month, my skin was 80% better. It is less red, less itchy and my skin is smoother. I started getting better within 1-2 weeks. The swelling started coming down, then the blisters went away, and the pain is gone. I am able to move my fingers and hands. Any sores that popped up disappeared quickly. I was able to do a lot of things that I had given up on. I could travel without worrying about how bad my skin would feel. I could wear clothes that were previously too uncomfortable on all the sores. I could take a shower without feeling very itchy afterwards. There was a peace that I had not experienced in a very long time.
